Cancellation Before Work Starts
You may request a cancellation after purchase and before work begins. If approved, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on processing costs.
Cancellation After Work Starts
If work has started, cancellation may still be possible, but refunds (if any) will be partial and based on the portion of work completed, time spent, and any non-recoverable costs.
Cancellation After Delivery
Once a service has been completed and delivered, cancellations are not accepted.
