Refund Policy

General Policy
Because we provide digital services and digital deliverables, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in line with Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Refunds May Be Approved If

  • The service was not delivered as described and we cannot remedy the issue

  • The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe and the delay is not caused by missing customer information or lack of response

  • A duplicate payment was made in error

Non-Refundable Situations

  • The service has been completed and delivered

  • Work has started and significant progress has been made

  • Delays caused by the customer (missing details, late replies, or incomplete requirements)

  • Change of mind after delivery of digital work, files, or access

How to Request a Refund
Email contact@domeapps.com with your order number, the service purchased, and a clear explanation of the issue. We may request additional information to review the request fairly.

Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days.
